Here are simple step to take note of when shopping on this site :

1. Products sold are not returnable nor exchangeable for another item.

2. Once an order is placed and payment is made, no cancellation of order is accepted and no refunds will be given.

3. Upon placing an order, full payment should be made within 3 days. After the 3-day period, the item will no longer be reserved if payment has not been made.

4. For Pre-Order Items kindly pay 50% deposit.

4. Shipping charges are to be paid by shoppers.
